The client is a leading company in the packaging industry. With seven different plants, they provide packaging solutions to various industries. Bottle caps are one of their products used in packaging. Caps are used to prevent liquid spills or leakage from the bottles.
PROBLEMS
- Intermittent vibration of heavy machinery during fast production of caps causes the incorrect shape of the cap.
- There are very slight differences between the correct and defective products
