Our client is from a multinational food service company, who are the largest contract foodservice company in the world, serving around 5.5 billion meals a year in locations including offices, factories, schools, universities, hospitals, major sports and cultural venues, mining camps, correctional facilities, and offshore oil platforms.
Approach :
AI and machine vision technology were used to automate the inspection process. The food that was to be inspected was pizza. The images were captured and trained to give the desired output. A proof of concept (POC) was successfully done and we are looking forward to the pilot project
