What exactly needs to be solved?

What we do

We learn what you need to inspect, how your line runs, what equipment you already have, and where the business case lies. Together we identify the product variants, defects, constraints, and unanswered questions that will shape the solution.

You receive

A requirements brief covering the inspection goal, operating conditions, known constraints, and open questions.

The decision it unlocks

You can decide whether the problem is worth taking into design, with both teams aligned on what needs to be solved.

Solution Design

What should we build, and will it make sense?

What we do

We develop a practical system concept for your line. We assess camera and lighting options, part handling, integration needs, scope boundaries, and the likely investment required to build it.

You receive

A design pack with the proposed layout, equipment approach, scope and exclusions, key risks, and an implementation estimate.

Why it is worth paying for

You have a plan your technical and management teams can review. You can approve it, change direction, or stop before committing to a build that may not fit your process or business case.

Image Acquisition

Can we see the features that matter?

What we do

We engineer the capture setup and collect representative images of good parts, defects, and real production variation. We check what the cameras can see consistently and document what remains uncertain.

You receive

A working image capture setup, a representative image set, and a visibility report.

Why it is worth paying for

You gain evidence about whether the required features are visible, plus images that can support future inspection work. You can decide whether the data is strong enough for automated decisions.

Image Processing & Automation

How does the system make and act on decisions?

What we do

We develop the inspection logic using the agreed images, connect it to the operator or control workflow, and test it against the criteria agreed for your project.

You receive

A working inspection workflow, recorded validation results, and an operating handover.

Why it is worth paying for

Your team gains an inspection capability it can use and evaluate, with measured results and a clear record of any further refinement needed.
