Solution Video of Label Print Inspection on beverage bottles

In the beverage industry, production speeds can be very high with 300 bottles/min being very common. Thus, manual inspection can be cumbersome and error prone. Using a Genie camera and the Geva Vision Controller from Teledyne Dalsa, we successfully installed and demonstrated a high speed label inspection system at one of the leading beverage manufacturing plants in India. Optical Character Recognition was implemented which read the characters obtained from the image. An online demonstration video of this is explained below.
