The software has been successful in reading various kinds of 1D and 2D barcodes. Equipped with barcode, locator and pattern match tools, Qualicheck is highly effective in ID and presence/absence applications.
The locator, which is anchored on to the master image, helps in identifying the area of interest in a running application, irrespective of the orientation of the profile under inspection. The pattern match is a powerful tool in presence verification applications. Based on the requirement, a pattern on the master image is selected and compared with the subsequent running images. Any change in the entire pattern and the software easily identifies the problem.
Qualicheck software is fully compatible with all standard machine vision cameras and has a provision for RS232 and Digital I/Os. The software also has a DirectShow and Firewire interface to allow interfacing with various cameras.
