Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for a Business Analyst to join our fast-growing company. A Business Analyst is responsible for strategic account/partner management for our manufacturing clients. The role combines consultancy along with key delivery responsibilities.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Thorough problem analysis of requirements.
  • Techno-Commercial Solutioning for the requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts/partners. Represent Qualitas as the single point of contact.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives and close the loop with delivery.


    • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Have a technical degree with or without an MBA/PGDM with at least 4 years of relevant experience with a customer facing role (Business Analysis, Pre-Sales) handling international clients.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, highly motivated & be goal-driven.
  • An understanding of the manufacturing domain, preferably with industrial automation consultancy services is an added bonus.
  • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills with a positive attitude.
