Problems Faced By Our Client :

●The current process was a manual process in which the bottom part of the washing machine was manually inspected for the presence/absence of screws across the 4 surfaces of the object.
●The process was done to make sure that the screws are present on the component as they play a role in the structural integrity of the machine.
●As screws are small objects, manually examining them one by one across 7 different locations on the object was a cumbersome task and left a considerable margin for error.
●Failure to correctly identify the presence/absence of screws on the object could result in faulty machines being sent to the customers, following which additional costs would be incurred by the company for maintenance and repair of such machines which would hamper their brand’s reputation in the market.
